Kirk Walker


Kirk Walker has been practicing law since 2003 and currently focuses on public sector representation. He serves as legal counsel for municipal and county government clients in St. Clair County and serves as a city court prosecutor at several municipalities. His years of working for the Legal Aid Society of Birmingham and the St. Clair County District Attorney’s Office have given him a deep understanding of both the courtroom and the broader needs of the communities he serves.

Kirk attended Birmingham-Southern College and earned his law degree from Birmingham School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2003 and since that time, he has cultivated a practice grounded in public service. He is a member of the St. Clair County and Alabama State Bar Associations.
He and his family live in Pell City and are active members of St. Simon Peter Episcopal Church.
